We talked about the foundation of the course: what is public leadership as a system, why an applied understanding of management is critically important today, what principles and documents modern management practice is based on.

We focused separately on the challenges of the public environment, the role of a leader, and the basic elements of any effective project - from the team and resources to time and technology.
